Syslog Features :
1. Logs the daemon information to Remote host
2. Logs the daemon information to localhost
3. Logs the daemon information to console
4. Logs the daemon information to List of users

Instaltion Package is rsysklogd

 [root@rackbank ~]# yum install rsyslog.x86_64
   
[root@rackbank ~]#

Starting the syslog daemon

[root@rackbank ~]# /etc/init.d/rsyslog start
