How do I cancel my services?

To cancel your server, please follow the steps below:

Login in to the Client Area
Go to Services tab.
Click on CANCEL to cancel your server.

Can I migrate to other plans?

Yes at any moment, but prior intimation is required.

Up port speed of our dedicated server is 100MBPS and it is upgradable up to 1 Gig.

Can we get IP for Speed Testing?

Yes, Windows 2008R2 Standard License/ CPanel License comes free with our package.

If 2012R2 Standard is opted, will it include Virtual Environment or not?

Our colocation premises is located in Indore.

Do you offer VPS Services?

No, we don't provide VPS services but we can share our Partner References with you for the same.

Which server brands are associated with Dedicated Server?

We have a tie-up with Super Micro and Intel.

What are Payment Modes?

We take payments via PayPal for International Clients and Debit/Credit/Net banking for Indian Clients.

Is the hardware upgradable on current plans?

Yes, the hardware is upgradable on current plans.

How long does it take to set up my server?

We want you up and running as soon as possible. Our standard server configurations can be set up in minutes, however some server add-ons and custom configurations may require little longer setup time.

How do you monitor your data center and servers?

Our Rackbank team is available on-site 24/7/365 to ensure that the servers run at peak performance.

How long does it take to set up the server?

It takes nearly 2 hours for complete setting-up of the server. It takes 1 hour for its installation and another 1 hour to upgrade it with all add-ons.

Will I be able to manage my server through a web-based control panel?

Yes, every Dedicated Server comes with Web Host Manager (WHM), which gives you complete control over creation and customization of your account, as well as managing all the aspects of your server.
