It is a large-scale, 12-acre facility with an 80MW roadmap, designed to bring Tier-1 infrastructure to Chhattisgarh and the entire east-central India region, fostering digital transformation and AI innovation.
The facility is built as a G+1 structure with a robust, heavy-load design capable of handling a floor load of 3000 KG/M². Its initial capacity is 12.5MW (Phase 1), with a clear plan to scale up to 80MW. It is certified to meet global standards for environmental and energy management.
The Raipur datacenter provides N+N power and UPS redundancy, with a dual-grid power system backed by both renewable energy and gas turbines to ensure uninterrupted service. For network connectivity, it is a multi-ISP carrier-neutral with services from Bharti Airtel, Jio Fiber, and Tata Communications, providing low latency across India. An Internet Exchange (IX) is also planned for the site.
The datacenter utilizes advanced cooling technologies, including RackBank's patented Liquid Immersion Cooling (Varuna) and Direct-to-chip (DTC) cooling. These systems are highly efficient, contributing to the facility's low power consumption and sustainability goals.
